Shared rooms will generally be allocated to participants of the same sex, unless otherwise agreed by the individuals involved.
In those trips which include several nights of accommodation, Dance Travelling reserves the right to reorganise room allocations during the trip, with the aim of promoting coexistence, group integration and exchange between participants.
Roommate rotation is part of Dance Travelling's philosophy and aims to enrich the group experience. However, this arrangement may be adapted to the organisational needs of each trip.
Los participantes podrán solicitar una forma de reembolso. Single room subject to payment of the relevant supplement. The availability of single rooms will be subject to accommodation capacity, final group configuration, and the organisational needs of the trip.

Furthermore, this measure may be adopted in cases of violent, discriminatory, intimidating or offensive behaviour, irresponsible consumption of alcohol or substances, repeated failure to comply with safety instructions, or any other conduct that seriously disrupts the group's experience.
Exclusion from the trip for these reasons will not entitle the refund of sums paid nor generate any liability for Dance Travelling for additional expenses that such a situation may cause to the participant.
